1. What GSN Club Network is

GSN Club Network is a private, membership-based technology platform operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC under Global Sports Network (GSN). It allows verified football (soccer) clubs and academies to maintain an organization profile, search a member directory, communicate directly with other member organizations and publish club opportunity posts.

2. Neutral platform — what GSN does not do

GSN provides technology for verified organizations to communicate directly. GSN does not act as a football agent, representative, broker, intermediary, negotiator, scout or party to any transaction, agreement or arrangement between members. GSN does not negotiate, facilitate, endorse or take any fee or commission on member transactions.

3. Member responsibilities and compliance

Members are responsible for complying with the rules and laws applicable to them, including FIFA regulations, federation and association rules, employment law, safeguarding obligations, child protection requirements, data protection and privacy law, and transfer and registration regulations in every relevant jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility and verification

Accounts are available only to football clubs and academies and their authorized adult staff. There are no player accounts and no fan accounts. Applicants must confirm they are authorized to represent the organization they apply for. GSN may approve, decline, request further information from, suspend or remove an organization when reasonably necessary to protect the network, enforce these Terms or address verification concerns.

5. Membership, renewal and cancellation

Membership is $49 USD per organization per year and includes up to 3 authorized staff accounts. Payment is requested only after an application is approved. Membership is billed as an annual recurring subscription and renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the next renewal. An authorized club administrator can manage payment details or cancellation from the Membership billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access before the end of the already-paid membership period unless the account is suspended under these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your organization, role or authority.
• Do not use the platform to offer agent, intermediary or brokerage services.
• Do not post or transmit player personal data through the platform.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, threats or harassment.
• Do not attempt to bypass account, verification or access controls.
• Do not share another member organization's non-public information outside your organization without authorization.

7. Player data

The platform is not designed to collect player rosters, player contact details, dates of birth or other player personal data. Members must not submit such data into profiles, posts or messages.

8. Suspension and termination

GSN may suspend or terminate an organization or individual account for breach of these Terms, loss of verification, non-payment, misuse of the service or conduct that creates a material safety, legal or security risk for the platform or its members.

9. Changes to the service or Terms

GSN may update the service and these Terms as the network changes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or the account contact information where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the member accepts the updated Terms.
