This Privacy Policy explains the information GSN Club Network collects and uses when organizations apply for membership and authorized staff use the platform.
Platform operator
BrownGlobal Holdings LLC operates GSN Club Network under Global Sports Network (GSN).
Information we collect
- Organization information: club or academy name, country, city or region, league or association, organization type, website, official social page, club description and logo.
- Staff account information: full name, role or title, work email address and account identifiers needed to provide access.
- Application information: verification notes or supporting information provided during review.
- Platform activity: messages, network board posts, notifications, reports and membership status.
- Billing status and transaction identifiers needed to administer membership. Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by GSN Club Network.
Player personal data
GSN Club Network is not designed to collect player rosters, player contact information, dates of birth or other player personal data. Because member organizations may include youth teams, members must not submit player personal data into profiles, posts or messages.
How information is used
- To review and verify applying organizations.
- To create and administer organization and staff access.
- To operate the member directory, messaging, network board and notifications.
- To administer membership, billing status and renewals.
- To keep the network secure and respond to reports or misuse.
Who can see information
Club profiles and authorized staff names and roles are visible to signed-in members of approved organizations. The member directory and member profiles are not public. Messages are visible to participants in the conversation and may be reviewed by GSN administrators when reasonably necessary to investigate a report, enforce platform rules or protect the service.
Service providers
GSN Club Network uses service providers to operate hosting, authentication, database and payment functions. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Payment card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored directly by GSN Club Network.
Retention and requests
Organization, application and staff records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Authorized users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, subject to any information BrownGlobal Holdings LLC must retain for legitimate legal or operational reasons.
